that it started even though manual work was in progress.

Yarbo Mows 2.7 Acres in the Summer Heat
27 hours later and the 2.7 acres is mowed. The temperature this weekend was in the low 90’s and I
was able to avoid mowing the yard and just watch Yarbo from the deck.

received our Yarbo mower unit in January and have spent weekends prepping our first 1.5 acre field.
Clearing, raking thatch, and doing the necessary pre-cut. Now we mow this area twice per week.
I’m obviously very excited about the new Yarbo Mower Pro for many reasons. The mulcher blades would
be a game changer for this thick St. Augustine style grass. The additional power would also help
make precision cuts and power through any challenges this grass has to offer.

A: This campaign offers eligible customers a complimentary YarboCare™
Worry-Free Plan when purchasing qualifying Yarbo products. The plan includes 5 years of warranty coverage, 3
years of accidental protection, and shipping protection at no additional cost.
When does this campaign run and are there quantity limits?
A: The campaign runs from August 15-31, 2025. The offer is limited to
the first 500 qualifying Yarbo products sold. Once this limit is reached, the campaign will end regardless of
whether the time period has concluded.
Who is eligible for this offer?
A: This offer is available to new customers in the United States and
Canada who purchase qualifying products directly from our official website (www.yarbo.com). Products must include a Yarbo Core to be eligible. Purchases made through third-party retailers do not
qualify.
Which products are included in this campaign?
A: Qualifying products include the Yarbo Core and most of our main
product lines: lawn mowers, snow blowers, blowers, and various combination packages such as the 4-in-1 Yard
Robot. Individual accessories are not covered under this offer.

What coverage does the YarboCare™ Worry-Free Plan provide?
A: The plan includes:
- 5-Year Total Warranty: 2-year standard plus 3-year extended coverage for defects and performance issues
- 3-Year Accidental Protection: Covers drops, weather damage, and electrical surges (excludes normal wear)
- Shipping Protection: Coverage during transit
Claims are capped at your actual purchase price.
How do I activate the plan and file claims if needed?
During checkout, the YarboCare™ Worry-Free Plan will automatically appear as a $0 gift item for eligible
orders. After purchase, you'll receive an email from XCotton with your official policy details. To file a
claim, use the resolution center link provided in your confirmation email and follow the guided process.

The Yarbo 5-Year Pledge campaign ("Campaign") is organized by Yarbo ("we," "us," or "our") and offers eligible customers a complimentary YarboCare™ Worry-Free Plan when purchasing eligible Yarbo products during the Campaign Period.
Note:This offer is limited to the first 500 eligible Yarbo products sold during the Campaign Period. Once the limit is reached, the offer will no longer be available, even if the Campaign Period has not ended.
- Campaign Period
- Valid from August 15, 2025 to August 31, 2025 (both dates inclusive). Outside the Campaign Period, the YarboCare™ Product Protection Plan (including accidental protection and extended warranty) and the Shipping Protection can be purchased separately at full price.
- Orders must be placed online via Yarbo's official website (www.yarbo.com).
- Purchases made through third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, other retailers) are not eligible.

The YarboCare™ Worry-Free Plan is administered by XCotton, our official product protection provider, and underwritten by AIG , a leading global insurance organization. XCotton manages plan activation, claims processing, and customer support, while AIG ensures the financial backing and reliability of the coverage.
The gifted YarboCare™ Worry-Free Plan includes:
- 5-Year Total Warranty
- Standard 2-year warranty (provided by Yarbo) + additional 3-year extended warranty (provided by AIG).
- Covers manufacturing defects, performance failures, and other product quality issues in accordance with official warranty terms.
- 3-Year Accidental Protection (provided by AIG)
- YarboCare™ 5-Year Warrantyalso covers accidental damage not caused by deliberate misuse of yarbo robot, including:
- Drops or collisions causing component damage
- Circuit failure due to lightning strikes or voltage surges
- Weather-related functional issues (e.g., heavy rain, hail)
- Normal wear and tear or intentional damage is excluded.
- Door-to-Door Shipping Protection (provided by AIG)
- Covers loss or damage to products during transit from Yarbo's warehouse to the customer's address.
- Requires shipping records and damage proof for claims.
- Yarbo will repair or replace affected items at no cost.
Claim Limit:The maximum total claim amount under the plan is capped at the actual purchase price paid by the customer.

- Redemption Process
- Upon checkout, the eligible order will automatically include a gift item titled "YarboCare™ Worry-Free Plan" with a price of $0.

- To make a claim:If you experience an issue covered by the product protection plan, you can contact the resolution center through the link on your confirmation email.
