Terms and Conditions for Becoming an On‑site Yarbo Volunteer Installer

1. Installer Identity and Responsibility

- The program offers existing Yarbo users an opportunity to assist others with device installation. You will receive basic product education materials.

- You provide services as an independent individual/entity. Yarbo International Inc. assumes no legal responsibility for your actions during installation, nor for any equipment failures, damages, or personal injuries arising from your service.

> Note: We strongly recommend you purchase liability insurance before providing services.

2. Risks and Disclaimer

- You acknowledge that improper installation may cause equipment failures, suboptimal performance, or other risks, for which you assume full responsibility.

- You confirm you have the necessary competence and qualifications. Any issues from your services shall not hold Yarbo liable for damages or complaints.

- You agree to refrain from high‑risk maneuvers (e.g., roof climbing, electrical modifications, unsafe heavy lifting). You may refuse service if the site presents safety hazards.

3. Service Agreement and Fees

- You negotiate installation fees directly with the service seeker. Yarbo does not participate in negotiations or payment arrangements.

4. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

- You may encounter users' personal information during service. You must maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose any user data to third parties without permission.

5. Limitation of Legal Liability

- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during installation. Yarbo is not responsible for any unlawful actions by you.

6. Licensing, Qualification, and Permit Requirements

- You are solely responsible for: (a) determining whether any Installation Credentials are required in your jurisdiction; (b) obtaining and maintaining all such credentials; (c) complying with renewal and continuing education requirements; and (d) ensuring your activities remain within the scope authorized by your credentials.

- Yarbo does not verify, review, audit, endorse, or guarantee any installer's credentials, and expressly disclaims all responsibility for your licensing or regulatory compliance.

- You agree to disclose your relevant credentials to the service seeker upon request. Misrepresentation of your qualification status may constitute fraud and subject you to additional legal liability.*
