By participating in the Yarbo Referral Program, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions, Yarbo’s Privacy Policy, and any additional terms outlined in these Referral Program Terms.

1. Definition & Eligibility

• Referrer: Any individual aged 18 or older (or as per local laws) is eligible to participate in the Referral Program. To make a referral, users must register and sign in to their Yarbo account.
• Referred Customer: A person who uses the unique referral link provided by a Referrer to visit the Yarbo website, or enters the referral code provided by a Referrer when registering at Yarbo website. The Referrer and Referred Customer cannot be the same person, as determined at Yarbo’s sole discretion. The Referred Customer must also be at least 18 years old to qualify.
• Referral Link: A unique URL provided to the Referrer, found in their user center. The Referee can use this link to sign up on the Yarbo website.
• Referral Code: A unique code available in the Referrer's user center. The Referee can enter this code when signing up on the Yarbo website.

2. Qualified Referrals

• Qualified Purchase Referral: A Qualified Purchase Referral occurs when a Referred Customer registers for the first time on Yarbo’s official website using the referral link or code, and places their first order. For the referral to qualify for rewards, the order must include at least one Yarbo core product.

3. Referral Rewards

• For the Referee: Upon successful registration, the Referred Customer will receive a $300 discount coupon in the "Reward" section of their user center, valid for the purchase of Yarbo products.
• For the Referrer: The Referrer will earn 30,000 Yarbo Points for each successful Qualified Purchase Referral. These points can be redeemed for various Yarbo products and rewards based on the points earned.

4. How It Works

• Share Your Referral Link or Code:
  Access your unique referral link or code from your user center. Share this link or code with your friends, family, or colleagues. They can sign up for Yarbo by either using your referral link or entering the code during registration.
• Exclusive Reward for Your Friends:
  Only first-time registrations qualify as successful referrals. Once your referred friends complete their registration, they will receive a $300 coupon in their user center. This coupon can be used toward the purchase of Yarbo robots.
• Earn Yarbo Points:
  After your referred friend makes their first purchase, you will automatically earn 30,000 Yarbo Points. These points can be redeemed for a variety of Yarbo products, including accessories, official merchandise, exclusive coupons, and even modules.

5. General Terms

• Yarbo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
• Any fraudulent activity or abuse of the program will result in disqualification from the Referral Program.
• All rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted with products of equal value at Yarbo's discretion.
• Referrers and Referred Customers agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the Referral Program.
