Extend Your Warranty
The YarboCare™ Extended Warranty is an optional post-purchase protection plan for existing Yarbo users. It extends your coverage by up to 3 additional years and also offers optional Accidental Damage (AD) protection depending on the plan you choose:
- 3-Years Extended Warranty (EW)
- 1-Year Accidental Damage + 3-Years Extended Warranty
- 3-Years Accidental Damage + 3-Years Extended Warranty
This plan ensures continued protection beyond your standard warranty period, covering manufacturing defects, performance issues, and more (depending on the plan selected).
You can purchase this plan only if you:
- Purchased your Yarbo product directly from Yarbo’s official website (www.yarbo.com).
- Have not previously purchased any extended warranty for this product.
- Purchase the extended warranty within 60 days after your product has been shipped.
- Provide a valid order number and email for verification.
Orders from Amazon or third-party retailers are not eligible. Accessories and standalone modules are excluded.
All Yarbo products that include a Yarbo Core are eligible, including:
- Yarbo Lawn Mower
- Yarbo Lawn Mower Pro
- Yarbo Snow Blower
- Yarbo Blower
- Yarbor Core
- Bundles (e.g., Yarbo Lawn Mower + Snow Blower, Yarbo Lawn Mower Pro + Blower, etc.)
Accessories, SAM Module and Trimmer package are not eligible.
You must purchase the YarboCare™ Extended Warrantywithin 60 days after your product is delivered.Orders that exceed the 60-day purchase window cannot be verified and arenot eligible.
- Visit the Extended Warranty page on Yarbo.com.
- Enter your order number and email to verify eligibility.
- Choose from the three available plans based on your product’s price range.
- Complete your purchase.
- XCotton (our authorized service provider) will activate your coverage and email your policy confirmation.
If verification fails, you may see one of these messages:
- “No order found.” — Invalid order number or not purchased from Yarbo.com.
- “This order already has an extended warranty.” — An extended plan already exists for this product.
- “This order exceeded the 60-day purchase window.” — Your product is outside the eligible timeframe.
Correct any errors and try again.
Coverage depends on the plan type:Extended Warranty (EW)Covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Electrical or mechanical failures
- Performance malfunctions
- Other issues covered by Yarbo’s standard warranty
Accidental Damage (AD)(Available as 1-year or 3-year add-on)Covers:
- Drops
- Collisions
- Impact damage during normal use
Not covered:weather damage, liquid damage, misuse, cosmetic wear, or unauthorized repairs.
You can file a claim through the XCotton claims portal (link provided in your policy email):
- Submit order information, serial number, and a description of the issue.
- XCotton specialists will review your claim and guide you through the process.
- Repair or replacement will be coordinated by Yarbo and XCotton.
No. The Extended Warranty cannot be combined with other campaigns, discounts, or promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
