Yarbo promises to repair Yarbo products that are defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within the warranty period. Yarbo can opt to repair or replace products that are determined to be defective. These limited warranty policies only apply to the Yarbo products you purchased from Yarbo authorized dealers and Yarbo official channels for residential use. The warranty period, along with the 30-day return and 45-day replacement windows, will begin on whichever occurs first:

  • The date the Yarbo is activated.
  • Three (3) days after delivery of all components in the complete Yarbo set.

A complete Yarbo set includes:

  • Yarbo Core
  • First module
  • Accessory kit
  • Docking station
  • Battery

For customers who purchase a multi-in-one package, the warranty period for the second and third modules will commence on their respective activation dates or Three (3) days after delivery. You can view the specific warranty dates directly in the Yarbo app under: Privacy & Security > Warranty Management.

There is an exception to this warranty policy: for customers who purchase Yarbo Snow Blower Module after April 1st, 2025 and to ensure them have time to test it on snow days, the warranty begins on November 1st, 2025. However, for other units, the warranty policy will follow the above rules. Please note, if you activate Snow Blower Module before November 1, 2025, the warranty will start from the activation date. If you plan to wait until winter to use Snow Blower Module, please avoid activating it early to ensure the warranty starts when you need it.
