We will not be able to respond to your request as described above in the following circumstances, as required by law or regulation:

Appendix 2: Rights for individuals in the European economic area, UK or Switzerland
This Appendix is a supplement of the Notice. It applies to certain persons in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), the United Kingdom("UK"), or Switzerland whose personal information is processed by us under applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation, and the UK General Data Protection Regulation.
