  • What is the Founders 200 campaign?
    A limited-time launch promotion for Yarbo in Australia. Two phases: a pre-launch (deposit secures Super Early-Bird entitlement) and the official launch (Early-Bird sale). The first 200 complete purchasers become Founders 200 and receive exclusive perks.
  • Why pay the A$100 deposit?
    Paying A$100 during pre-launch locks a A$1,000 voucher and reserves a Founders 200 spot. It guarantees eligibility for the lowest launch price (A$9,899) if you complete purchase.
  • How is the A$1,000 voucher redeemed?
    After deposit the voucher is linked to your Yarbo account (and emailed). When sales open on November 28, sign into the same account, add Lawn Mower Pro to cart and the A$1,000 will apply automatically at checkout. Voucher is valid only for Lawn Mower Pro within the campaign period.
  • Is the deposit refundable?
    Yes. The A$100 deposit will be refunded if you don’t use the voucher during the campaign or choose not to proceed with the purchase.
  • Can I still get a discount without the deposit?
    Yes. During the official sale, anyone can buy at the Early-Bird price of A$10,899 (A$1,000 off MSRP). Depositors additionally receive the A$1,000 voucher and Founders perks.
  • What do Founders 200 members receive?
    Exclusive pack (commemorative cap + certificate), an extended 45-day risk-free trial (vs. standard 30 days), and priority VIP support (dedicated hotline announced after the campaign).
  • When will orders ship and how long is delivery?
    Orders are fulfilled in payment order. In-stock items within Australia typically deliver 3–15 business days after shipment. Pre-sale items will show estimated dispatch dates on product pages.
