What's the process if I want to visit a Neighbor Showcase with a local user?
  • Research and Contact the user:

    Browse the user profiles to learn about their background and location and omplete a simple contact form. Your request will be sent directly to the Yarbo user.

  • Coordinate Showcase Details:

    Be prepared to share your interests and goals for the showcase. After receiving your request, the user will reach out to finalize details such as the date, time, location, and specific Yarbo features you'd like to see demonstrated.

  • Attend the Showcase:

    Arrive at the agreed location on time. The user will provide a live demonstration of Yarbo's capabilities and answer any questions you may have, ensuring a personalized and informative experience.

  • Respect Privacy: Please contact users only during mutually agreed times and maintain respectful communication.
  • Equipment Disclaimer: The equipment shown during showcases may include older models and may not reflect the latest specifications or condition of brand-new products. users use their personal machines, which may vary in condition.
What should I do if I can't reach the nearest user?
If you are unable to find a nearby user or the user you contacted doesn't respond for a long time, please reach out to our customer support team at support@yarbo.com for assistance. We can help you connect with another user or, if needed, provide the information and support you require through other means. Additionally, we offer an online demonstration option, where users can guide you through Yarbo's features and answer your questions virtually. This ensures you can still experience Yarbo and make an informed decision, no matter your location.
Do I have to pay for a Neighbor Showcase?
No, scheduling a Neighbor Showcase with a Yarbo user is completely free. You are welcome to make your appointment and enjoy a firsthand demonstration at no cost.
What should I do if the user didn't show up at the scheduled time without prior notice?
To ensure a smooth Neighbor Showcase, we recommend that any changes to the schedule be promptly communicated and confirmed by both parties. If the Yarbo user is late, we suggest waiting a few additional minutes. However, if the user still does not show up, you are absolved of any obligation and may leave. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. In such instances, please report the matter to Yarbo customer support at support@yarbo.com. We will address the issue with the user to emphasize the importance of punctuality and professionalism. users who fail to meet these standards repeatedly will have their membership terminated to ensure a smooth and reliable experience for future showcases.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact the user directly at least 24 hours in advance to inform them of the change. This courtesy allows the user to adjust their schedule accordingly.
