Product Protection Plan
Thank you for shopping with us! To enhance your user experience and with intention to protect your investment, we have partnered with a protection plan provider (Xcotton who partners with AIG) to offer product protection services. Below are details regarding the Product Protection Plan:
1. Product Protection Plan Service Explanation
We offer optional protection plans for products purchased in our stores. This protection plan is provided through a collaboration between our stores and a third-party protection plan provider. Once you purchase the protection plan, your product will be covered for a specified period beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.
2. Product Protection Plan Coverage
The product protection plan specifically covers the following:

Malfunctions during normal use.

Accidental damage.

Other coverage specified by the protection plan.

3. Product Protection Plan Cost
The cost of a protection plan depends on the product and the selected coverage period:

1 Year Plan: Includes accidental damage protection for 1 year.

2 Years Plan: Includes accidental damage protection for 2 years.

3 Years Plan: Includes accidental damage protection for 3 years, along with a 1-year extended warranty. This means your product will have a total of 3 years of coverage for both warranty and accidental damage. The warranty for the first 2 years is provided by Yarbo, while the third-year warranty is covered by the protection plan provider.
The exact cost of each plan will be displayed at checkout.
4. Product Protection Plan Enrollment and Activation
You may enroll in the plan together with the purchase of our products. Once the protection plan is purchased, you will receive a confirmation email advising details of the protection plan. The coverage period begins from the date you purchase the product.
5. Claims Process
If you experience an issue covered by the product protection plan, you can contact the resolution center through the link on your confirmation email. Follow the instructions on the link and Xcotton’s claims specialist will guide you through the process. We will also provide assistance as needed.
6. Returns and Product Protection Plans
If you return or exchange a product after purchasing the protection plan, please contact us as soon as possible. Returns or exchanges may impact the status of your protection plan, and certain terms may apply. For assistance, please reach out to our customer service team or use the support link provided in your confirmation email.
7. Disclaimer
The product protection plan's coverage and services are provided by a third-party protection plan provider and we act solely as an intermediary. We do not assume any responsibility for the quality or execution of the protection plan and services. Please read the protection plan’s terms and conditions carefully and confirm the scope of coverage.

9. Cancellation
You may cancel this Plan for any reason at any time within forty-five (45) days of the date of the Plan purchase (as shown on the Purchase Confirmation).
If You request cancellation within sixty (60) days of the date of the Plan purchase (as shown on the Purchase Confirmation), and no claim has been made under the Plan, you will receive a 100% refund of the Plan Price. For any other cancellation request, you will receive a pro rata refund (based on the lapsed Coverage Term) of the Plan Price, less the costs of claims under this Plan, and less an administrative fee not to exceed the cost of the Plan or $50, whichever is less.
