What is the YarboCare™ 3-Year Extended Warranty?
The YarboCare™ 3-Year Extended Warranty is an optional protection plan for existing Yarbo users. It extends your standard 2-year comprehensive warranty by an additional 3 years, providing continued coverage for manufacturing defects and performance issues.
Who is eligible to purchase this Extended Warranty?
This plan is available exclusively to Yarbo customers who:

Purchased their Yarbo product directly from Yarbo’s official website (www.yarbo.com).

Have not previously purchased any Extended Warranty plan.

Are still within the first 18 months of their standard 2-year warranty period. Orders from third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, other retailers) are not eligible.
Which Yarbo products are eligible for the 3-Year Extended Warranty?
All Yarbo products that include a Yarbo Core are eligible, including the Yarbo Lawn Mower, Snow Blower, Blower, Trimmer, and combination packages (e.g., 4-in-1, 5-in-1 Yard Robots). Accessories and standalone modules are excluded.
When should I purchase the 3-Year Extended Warranty?
You must purchase the Extended Warranty within the first 18 months of your standard 2-year warranty period (i.e., at least 6 months before it expires). Orders that have exceeded 18 months of use are not eligible.
Purchase & Activation
How do I purchase the Extended Warranty?

Visit the Extended Warranty page on Yarbo’s official website.

Enter your order number and email address for verification.

If eligible, you’ll be redirected to the purchase page ($599).

Once payment is completed, XCotton (our authorized service provider) will activate your coverage and send you a confirmation email with your policy details.
What if my order cannot be verified?
If the system cannot verify your order, one of the following messages may appear:

“No order found.” – Incorrect order number or not purchased from Yarbo.com.

“This order already has an Extended Warranty.” – Your product already includes an active extended plan.

“This order is not covered by the 2-year standard warranty or has exceeded the 18-month usage window.” – Your product is not eligible for this plan. You may correct your information and retry the verification process.
Coverage & Claims
What does the YarboCare™ 3-Year Extended Warranty cover?
This plan covers:

Manufacturing defects

Performance failures
-
Other product quality issues as defined in Yarbo’s official warranty policy
It does not cover accidental damage, weather-related damage, cosmetic issues, or normal wear and tear.
What is the maximum claim amount?
The total reimbursement or compensation under this plan is based on the original purchase price of your product, up to a maximum of USD $5,000 per covered product, regardless of the product’s retail or replacement value.
Can the Extended Warranty be combined with other promotions?
No. This Extended Warranty cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or campaigns unless explicitly stated.
