Yarbo Founders' Care Balance
To show our appreciation for our current Yarbo owners, we are offering an exclusive $500 Founders' Care Balance — a one-time digital balance that can be applied toward future official Yarbo repair or replacement services. Below you will find the eligibility criteria, usage rules, and answers to frequently asked questions.

1. What is the Founders' Care Balance?
The Founders' Care Balance is a one-time digital benefit issued to qualifying Yarbo owners. It can be used to offset the cost of future official repair or replacement services.
It is not a warranty or insurance product, and it does not include unlimited free repairs. Instead, it is a bounded, controlled form of service support designed to provide peace of mind and show appreciation for your early support.


2. Eligibility & Issuance
  • Eligibility: Available to Yarbo owners with a qualifying 2024 model, as of the policy launch date.
  • Balance per Yarbo Core: Each eligible Yarbo Core is entitled to a single $500 balance. Balances are non-transferable and cannot be combined — one balance applies to one Yarbo Core only.
  • Balance Issuance: Balances will be issued within 24 hours after you receive the notification email and added to your account. You will see a historical order for a $0 item named "Yarbo Founders' Care Balance."
  • Balance Activation: The balance activates one month before your 2-year standard warranty expires. You will receive an activation email at that time. To activate, you must complete a free remote quality check of your Yarbo product, conducted by Team Yarbo. Once the check is complete and the product status recorded, your balance will be officially activated.

24 hrs after the notification email

Your Founders' Care Balance will be issued within 24 hours after you receive the notification email and added to your account. You will see a historical order for a $0 product named "Yarbo Founders' Care Balance."

1 month before Yarbo warranty expires

You will receive an activation email. You’ll need to complete a free remote quality check of your Yarbo product, conducted by Team Yarbo. Once the check is complete and your product status is recorded, your Founders' Care Balance will be officially activated.

36 months from activation

You can use your balance in accordance with the policy. Once it expires, any remaining amount will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed or extended.
3. Key Usage Rules
  • The balance can only be applied after the standard 2-year warranty period has ended.
  • The balance applies exclusively to repairs or replacements performed through Yarbo’s official service network.
  • A $49 deductible applies each time the balance is used, covering diagnostics and handling, and must be paid by the customer. However, the deductible fee will be waived for the first eligible repair. Any additional repair costs beyond the deductible will be automatically deducted from your remaining balance.
  • The balance is tied to the serial number of your Yarbo Core. Each eligible Core receives one balance, which cannot be transferred or combined with others.
  • The balance is valid for 36 months from the date of activation. Any unused amount will automatically expire at the end of the validity period.

4. Important Notes
  • The Founders' Care Balance is not an insurance product or warranty extension.
  • Yarbo’s standard 2-year warranty coverage remains unchanged.
  • For minor issues, Yarbo will first provide remote support or guided self-repair options. In such cases, your balance will not be used.

  • Q1: I own multiple Yarbo Cores. Will I get a balance for each one?
    A: Yes — each eligible Yarbo Core will receive its own $500 balance. Balances are issued per device and cannot be combined or transferred.

  • Q2: Can I transfer my balance to someone else?
    A: No. Balances are added directly to your account and tied to your Yarbo Core’s serial number.

  • Q3: How do I check if I’m eligible?
    A: Eligible Yarbo owners will receive their balance within 24 hours of the notification email. You can verify this by checking your account order history for the number of “Yarbo Founders' Care Balance” items. If you believe your balance is missing or incorrect, please contact support@yarbo.com.
  • Q4: What if I never use the balance and it expires?
    A: The balance is valid for 36 months from the activation. Once expired, it cannot be reinstated or refunded.
