"As a PPP Team member I work with Yarbo staff to test things before they get pushed out to the user community. This may be Application or firmware updates, hardware, new features, or even reviewing documentation or web site content. Different subsets of the Team are used for different tasks as needed. As a team member I probably dedicate ~20 hours/week to Yarbo- including time spent trying to help others on the Yarbo Facebook groups. Being a retired engineer (and a geek!) makes being a Team member fun, but there certainly is frustration too, which eventually results in a much better product for the user community. Yarbo has some great staff, and I greatly enjoy working with them."

"My yarbo journey as a PPP member started in early 2022 as a kickstarter backer. It has been an awesome adventure filled with a full array of emotions. Similar to that of raising my son. Starting with the fear of the unknown. As a backer not knowing what to expect, and if it will even work in the crazy Minnesota winters. Then changing over to the struggles of trying to get the best possible results with each of the current versions. Then the amazement of seeing its improvements with each of the 3 versions of hardware, as well as the many firmware and software improvements along the way. Finally followed by the excitement of seeing and experiencing what it is capable of doing today. Looking back at how far it has come since my journey started just a few short years ago. Finishing up now with dreaming of what it will become in the future as it continues to improve and Yarbo continues to develop new modules."

"My experience in being a PPP member has been simply AMAZING! Looking back at a lot of the posts it was users helping users, and with Big Brother Yarbo in the background to answer things no one else could. It was a lot of suggestions of features, it was a lot of disappointment when Yarbo wasn’t working the way it should. It was seeing the excitement when a new firmware was being released and then the feedback from everyone about the good and bad. Most importantly it was a 'family' of users that with each one of us having the ultimate goal of wanting to see Yarbo succeed and offering the honest feedback to help it get there. This is a special group of people who understand that it’s not just about them, but about the whole community. While some most of us were provided our rovers and modules slightly earlier than the public, but that honor came the responsibility of testing daily, running plans hundreds times, dealing with broken parts, error messages, and robots that didn’t always want to play. "

Application Submission

Complete and submit your application to start your journey with the Yarbo PPP.


STEP 2
Application Review

Our team will review your application to ensure it meets our criteria. Selected applicants will be notified via email within a month of submission.

STEP 3
Group Invitation

Successful candidates will be invited to join the exclusive Facebook PPP group to interact with other PPP members and the Yarbo team.
Applicants who have previously participated in Yarbo's Referral, Showcase, or Installer programs may have an increased likelihood of being selected. Your experience with these programs shows a strong understanding of our products and a commitment to supporting our brand, which we highly value in our selection process.
