What happens after I submit my registration form?After you submit your form, our Yarbo team will work to match you with a real customer (Host) whose setup and experience best fit what you're looking for.Once matched, we'll send both you and your Host an email introduction. This will allow you to connect directly and agree on a mutually convenient time for your Showcase.The final step is to simply join your scheduled session and, afterwards, complete a brief feedback questionnaire. Your insights are invaluable in helping us improve the experience for future customers.

Are there any costs or rewards for attending a Product Demo?There is no cost to attend aProduct Demo—only fantastic rewards! To earn 5,000 Yarbo Points each, both you and your Host simply need to complete a quick feedback form after the session.For an extra bonus, use your Host's referral code when you register on our website to get a $200 voucher immediately.

What platform do you use for the online Product Demo?For the online product demo, you and your host will coordinate a time for the event. Once a time is decided, Yarbo will email both of you a calendar invitation containing a Google Meet link. Google Meet requires no software downloads and runs directly in your web browser for easy access.

Is it safe to visit the host’s home for an in-person Product Demo?Your safety is our priority. All our hosts are verified Yarbo owners, and product demo is
typically held in their homes located in public residential areas. Furthermore, every host must sign a comprehensive Terms & Agreement (T&A) document before being approved to participate in the program.For your safety and to ensure a positive experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you take standard personal precautions during your visit and be respectful of the host's property. -
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?Yes, absolutely. Once you are matched with a host, you may contact them via email to arrange a suitable time—please ensure you keep showcase@yarbo.com in CC on all correspondence.Once a time is confirmed, both you and the host must notify the Yarbo team. This allows us to provide any necessary support and ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.

What should I expected during the product demo?During the offline product demo, you are encouraged to interact with the Yarbo products with the host's guidance. For online sessions, you can ask the host to operate the unit and demonstrate its various features in real-time.This is a unique opportunity to get honest, firsthand feedback from a real customer. Feel free to ask them about their experience—how they use Yarbo in their daily routine, how it has benefited them, and whether they find it to be a worthwhile investment.
