    Any Yarbo owner interested in sharing their honest feedback and showcasing Yarbo in action.
  • What do I get for becoming a host?
    As a host, you’ll earn 5,000 Yarbo Points for each qualified potential customer you host in an online or offline product demo, and 30,000 Yarbo Points for each referred customer who purchases a Yarbo Core Set through your referral. If you successfully refer 20 customers who each purchase a Yarbo Core Set, you’ll receive a free Yarbo module. The more qualified purchases you generate, the more rewards you unlock. Top-performing hosts with the highest sales enjoy special bonuses and recognition. Plus, you’ll receive exclusive Yarbo merchandise, including T-shirts, caps, and more, as a thank-you for your support.
  • How do I schedule a product demo?
    For online product demo, we’ll share visit requests—including visitor info, products of interest, and preferred times—with all hosts. Hosts who are available and willing can accept the request. For offline showcases, hosts set up an availability calendar, allowing visitors nearby to book a time that works. Yarbo will support you throughout the process.
  • How do I host a product demo?
    You can host either a 1:1 online meeting or welcome visitors to see your Yarbo in person. For online sessions, we’ll create and share the meeting link with you and the visitor. For in-person visits, your address will only be shared once you confirm you’re ready to host. Then, you’ll meet the visitor at your home.
  • How long does each product demo take?
    Typically 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the interaction.
  • What if I’m not comfortable hosting in person?
    No problem! You can choose to host only online sessions, and we won’t include you as an option for onsite product demo.
  • Do I need to prepare anything?
    We’ll provide helpful materials and keep the FAQ knowledge base updated for you. Besides that, just be ready to share your honest experience and answer questions about Yarbo.
  • How do I track my rewards?
    Rewards are credited to your account after each product demo and any purchases made through your referral link. If a purchase isn’t tracked automatically, we’ll regularly verify visitor purchases and add points for you. You can check your rewards and updates anytime in your user center.
