Delivery Timelines

If you placed an order before January 2025 and need specific delivery details, please contact us at support@yarbo.com. We’ll respond promptly!
United States
- For products in stock, deliveries will be made within 3-8 business days.
- For products available for pre-order, deliveries will be made according to the delivery timeframe specified on the product page.
Canada & Europe
Yarbo Core & Modules
- For products in stock, deliveries will be made within 3-8 business days.
- For products available for pre-order, deliveries will be made according to the delivery timeframe specified on the product page.
Accessories:
- Deliveries will be made within 10-15 business days.

Pickup Service
1. Europe
We are excited to offer local pickup for our customers in Europe! When you check out, you can choose the local pickup option, and your Yarbo products will be available for pickup within 15 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions once your order is ready for collection. Below is our warehouse location where you can pick up your order:
- Germany: Tor 1, Levi-Strauss-Allee 10-12, 63150 Heusenstamm
Notice: Due to the size of the packages, a pickup truck is required for collection.
2. United States & Canada
Local pickup is not available at this time due to extended processing times of 2-3 months. However, if your address is difficult to locate or if you prefer to pick up your order personally, please contact us at service@yarbo.com, and we will make arrangements for you.
