Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the daily after-sales activities for clients, including product maintenance, servicing, technical upgrades, and software version updates, ensuring the stable operation of client machines.
2. Collect and integrate customer after-sales service requirements, product improvement suggestions, customer satisfaction evaluations, and product issue management information.
3. Organize regular after-sales meetings to drive continuous improvement and issue resolution with product and R&D departments.
4. Lead the after-sales team in analyzing and resolving product issues, identifying commonalities, and proposing product optimization requirements to achieve closed-loop resolution.
5. Continuously improve the after-sales process based on the company's overall business direction, establish an experience repository for after-sales projects, and develop and refine end-to-end after-sales management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of work experience, preferably in the robotics industry with experience in after-sales project management.
2. Proficient in establishing project management systems, skilled in using project management tools such as Jira and Project, and possessing strong project management skills.
3. Fluent in spoken English, capable of independent business travel to Europe and America, and proficient in communication with clients.
4. Familiar with European and American cultures and customs, preferably with experience of studying, working, or living in Europe and America.
5. Strong logical thinking, communication, coordination, self-motivation, and learning abilities, as well as a high sense of teamwork and efficient problem-solving skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to handle pressure and manage projects, with the flexibility to coordinate internal and external resources to drive project progress.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall planning and management of the company's project department, including the development of annual work plans and objectives for the department.
2. Ensure timely and quality completion of company projects, continuously improve project work efficiency and quality.
3. Optimize project management processes and establish project management regulations to enhance the level of project management within the company.
4. Coordinate and manage various project teams within the company, including coordinating project resources and project timelines.
5. Provide guidance, training, and management to project managers, enhancing their management and teamwork capabilities.
6. Communicate and coordinate with company senior leadership, providing timely project progress updates and outcomes.
7. Participate in the company's strategic planning and decision-making, providing strategic advice and solutions for company development.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with extensive experience in project management and project team management.
3. Familiarity with project management processes and tools such as WBS, PERT, Gantt charts, etc.
4. Familiarity with software and hardware development processes and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, etc.
5. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities, capable of effectively coordinating various departments and teams.
6. Strong ability to handle pressure, maintain clarity and composure in high-pressure situations.
7. Overseas work experience is preferred, with strong English language skills.
8. Possession of project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 is a plus.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead feasibility assessments of requirements, project initiation, project planning, and manage project schedule and cost control to ensure project scope is well-defined.
2. Organize project team members to conduct risk assessments, identify issues or risks, and develop risk response strategies or resolution methods.
3. Participate in project lifecycle management, integrate and coordinate company resources from various departments to advance the project from demonstration and trial production to mass production.
4. Organize regular project meetings and follow up on meeting resolutions, forming a closed-loop process.
5. Continuously improve project processes, accumulate project knowledge base, and gradually establish and complete organizational process assets and growth mechanisms.
6. Coordinate and allocate all resources for project requirements, ensuring that the project progresses according to the established plan and is delivered on time.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a STEM field, with at least 3 years of project management experience (preferably certified in project management), familiar with product development processes, and experience in cost management is preferred.
2. Strong self-motivation, ability to decompose goals, logical analysis skills, and effective communication skills.
3. Strong team collaboration ability, strong sense of responsibility, drive for improvement, and ability to handle pressure.
4. Experience in project management of robotics or intelligent hardware is preferred.
5. Possess a growth mindset, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a strong sense of teamwork and goal orientation.
