Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the end-to-end business chain of the independent website, accurately and clearly conveying the brand image and seamless shopping experience to the target consumers. This includes website optimization, traffic operation, content and campaign management, and post-purchase experience.
2. Marketing and Promotion: Develop effective promotional strategies and manage key channels such as advertising/EDM/Affiliate to increase brand and product exposure and recognition in the overseas market.
3. Manage advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Bing, and Facebook (with a focus on Facebook), including shopping, search, GDN, YTB, Gmail, etc. Continuously optimize the campaigns and develop advertising strategies and mechanisms tailored to different products and marketing plans.
4. Brand/Product and Shopping Experience Management: Analyze website requirements, plan website layout, functionality, shopping flow optimization, etc. Work with the development team to build and update the website, and continuously improve user experience through testing.
5. Utilize market and consumer insights, combine data analysis, understand consumer psychology and behavior, optimize operational strategies, and drive efficiency improvement in precision operations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in design or related fields.
2. Demonstrated creativity and comprehension skills, with proficiency in English. Preference given to candidates with overseas study or work experience, positive work attitude, and a lively and optimistic personality. Potential leadership qualities are also valued.
3. Experience in coordinating with outsourcing teams is preferred. Strong communication skills and international aesthetic sense, with solid design skills in graphic composition, layout, color coordination, etc.
4. Possess a unique design approach and excel in creativity and execution.
5. Strong sense of color and commercial design. Active thinking, strong learning ability, high work efficiency, and a mindset that does not set limits.

2. Analyze the market potential and development space for the European and American yard market, identify growth opportunities and strategic directions.
3. Explore and analyze requirements for new projects, providing recommendations for new projects.
4. Conduct in-depth analysis and research on product competitors, providing insights for developing competitive strategies.
5. Conduct user research to deeply understand customer needs and pain points in the European and American yard market, supporting product optimization and iteration.
6. Apply AI technologies for data analysis and market research, improving research efficiency and accuracy.
7. Collaborate with product, marketing, and project teams to complete other business analysis and market research-related tasks.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for maintaining relationships with users of the yard robot category. Collaborate with online and offline promotion strategies, categorize and analyze existing and new users across various channels, and implement effective user operations strategies to enhance user loyalty and brand reputation.
2. Optimize pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales standard operating procedures (SOP) and Q&A based on product characteristics and data analysis. Continuously improve user operations plans.
3. Assist in operating the overseas CRM system and plan targeted user-oriented and traffic-oriented marketing activities.
4. Plan and execute user operations plans through email and social media platforms (including Kickstarter, Facebook, etc.).
5. Provide data support for product improvement, user experience, and marketing promotion.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 2-5 years of relevant work experience. CET-6 level or equivalent in English. English can be used as a working language. Overseas living experience and experience in overseas customer service management are preferred.
2. Familiar with pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales management systems, as well as building CRM systems from scratch. Experience in CRM management and operations.
3. Strong data research, analysis, and insights abilities. Familiarity with European and American cultures.
