Responsibilities:
1. Develop human resources strategic planning, annual plans, budgets, organizational changes, and organizational structure based on the company's strategic plans.
2. Organize the development and implementation of feasible recruitment systems, training systems, performance evaluation systems, personnel file management systems, administrative regulations, implementation guidelines, and work procedures, tailored to the company's specific needs.
3. Conduct job analysis, prepare job descriptions, and propose organizational structure and job responsibility design, suggesting improvements to the company's organizational structure.
4. Establish effective communication channels and incentive mechanisms to maximize employee motivation and creativity.
5. Provide specialized recommendations on human resources strategy, organizational development, and administrative management to senior decision-makers, supporting major company decisions with human resources information.
6. Develop performance evaluation policies, oversee performance management implementation, monitor and resolve issues arising during the performance evaluation process, ensure the effective implementation of the performance evaluation system, and continuously improve the performance management system.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in human resources, including at least 3 years as a Human Resources Director, with a strong focus on execution.
3. Comprehensive understanding and practical experience in HR management, particularly in talent acquisition through various channels.
4. Familiarity with HR recruitment, compensation, performance evaluation, training regulations, and processes, as well as knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational planning abilities, and outstanding communication and coordination skills.
6. Experience in the field of intelligent robotics is preferred.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop annual manpower allocation and recruitment plans based on company's strategic development needs and human resources planning.
2. Establish and improve recruitment management system, optimize and refine recruitment processes, enhance talent assessment rules, and provide talent assurance for the company's business development.
3. Formulate recruitment strategies, organize and drive recruitment activities, and achieve recruitment performance targets efficiently.
4. Stay informed about talent supply and talent policies in the external industry, establish and improve the company's talent pool, and establish a medium to long-term talent reserve mechanism.
5. Control recruitment costs by accurately identifying and positioning recruitment channels through networks, internal resources, and other channels, reducing recruitment expenses.
6. Enhance the recruitment capabilities of the team and accomplish the company's recruitment tasks.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in recruitment operation and management, possessing comprehensive recruitment coordination and management abilities.
2. Familiar with recruitment processes, proficient in using various recruitment assessment tools and methods, rich experience and skills in talent discovery and acquisition, and familiar with relevant national laws and regulations.
3. Strong business thinking ability and industry knowledge reserve, capable of talent and information reserve for strategic recruitment.
4. Have personal channel resources and in-depth understanding of recruitment for mid to high-level talents.
5. Passionate about recruitment work, self-driven, with good professional ethics, teamwork spirit, and sense of responsibility.
