If you are participating in our upgrade program, we kindly ask that you follow the outlined procedures for returning your previous Yarbo model. This will ensure a smooth upgrade experience and allow us to continue providing you with the highest level of service. Yarbo Upgrader Return Process and Pick Up Time
1. Receive the 2024 Yarbo: Upon receiving your 2024 Yarbo, we recommend using the packaging box provided with the 2024 Yarbo to pack your 2023 Yarbo. This approach is designed to make the process as convenient as possible, saving you the effort of sourcing appropriate packaging materials.
2. Package the 2023 Yarbo Components: We kindly ask that all components of the 2023 Yarbo, except for the battery and docking station, be carefully packed for return. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
3. Battery and Docking Station: We would like to inform you that the battery from 2023 Yarbo has not been upgraded, as its exceptional design ensures continued efficiency and compatibility with the 2024 Yarbo. The wireless charging capability of the 2023 version exemplifies this thoughtful engineering, allowing it to seamlessly support your new Yarbo. Although the 2024 docking station has received some updates, the 2023 docking station remains fully capable of delivering the reliable service you expect. Your 2023 Yarbo battery and docking station are perfectly suited to meet the demands of 2024 Yarbo. We deeply appreciate your ongoing support as we work to enhance your Yarbo experience.
4. Confirmation Email: Once you receive your 2024 Yarbo and finish packaging your 2023 Yarbo, we will send you an email to confirm the best time for you to arrange the pickup of your 2023 Yarbo. Our goal is to ensure that this process is as smooth and convenient as possible for you.
5. Schedule Pickup: In the confirmation email, you’ll have the opportunity to select a convenient time for the pickup. After the time is confirmed, our logistics team will take care of collecting your package and handling the return.
Notice:
We kindly request that everyone return all components except for the Docking Station and the Battery of 2023 Yarbo. However, we understand that returning all parts may be challenging, so we'd like to clarify that the essential items for return are:
- Universal Body
- 2023 Module: M1, S1
- HaLow base (Yellow Box)
- Controller
Other components of 2023 Yarbo are not compatible with the 2024 Yarbo (such as the Antenna and Anti-Slip Studs). Therefore, if convenient, we recommend you returning those components as well. However, if you face any difficulties—such as loss, damage, or challenges with disassembly—you only need to return the four items listed above. Thanks for your understanding.
