Installer Quiz: Ensuring Quality Installation
As a Yarbo Volunteer Installer, it is important to approach every job with politeness, patience, and friendliness. Before arriving at a customer's location to assist with the installation, always communicate and confirm the specific timing. Additionally, to become an excellent installer, you need to be prepared to resolve common issues that may arise during the installation of Yarbo, the Data Center, or the Docking Station. Please complete the following quiz.

Why is it important to ensure that all the plastic steel strips on Yarbo's packaging are intact upon receiving the shipment?
The plastic steel strips are part of the warranty and must remain unbroken.
If the strips are removed, it probably indicates that the package has been inspected by customs, and the Yarbo may get damaged.
The plastic steel strips prevent water from entering the packaging.
The strips are used to secure the internal components and should only be removed for product setup.
What is the right way to lift the Snow Blower Module out of the packaging box?
Grasp the handle at the two sides of the module
Drag the Protection Fence of the module
Grasp the Bumper of the module
Grasp one handle at either side of the module
How do you put Yarbo into Bluetooth pairing mode to connect to the physical controller?
Press the power button until the tail light turns red and blinks.
Press the physical controller's power button until it turns blue and then turns off.
Press the rover's power button until the tail light turns blue and then turns off.
Press the rover's power button until the tail light turns green and blinks.
Which button do you need to hold to drive Yarbo with the physical controller?
LB

What is the difference between the high and low mount RTK antennas on the Yarbo rover?
The high mount antenna is used for smoother communication, while the low mount antenna has better signal range.
The high mount antenna is used in snowing scenarios to avoid being covered by thick snow, while the low mount antenna is used in mowing scenarios to avoid being scratched by shrubs.
The high mount antenna is designed for urban areas, while the low mount antenna is for rural areas.
The low mount antenna provides a better signal stability, while the high mount antenna is for higher altitudes.
When installing the snow tracks, in which direction should the raised tread pattern face?
Towards the rear of the Yarbo
Towards the sides of the Yarbo
Towards the front of the Yarbo
It does not matter which direction the tread faces
What is the correct way to install the RTK antenna for the Yarbo Core?
The antenna should be installed loosely to avoid damage.
The antenna should be directly pressed into the RTK antenna base port, and leave it loosely connected.
The antenna should be tighten as firmly as possible, but not too tight as it may damage the RTK antenna base port.
The antenna should be installed with a slight tilt to improve signal reception.
How to Properly Install the POE cable for the Data Center
Insert the POE cable into the WAN port of the Data Center, connect the adapter POE port, then split the cable into two lines: one for power supply and one for connecting to the router LAN.
Insert the POE cable into the LAN port of the Data Center, connect the adapter POE port, then split the cable into two lines: one for power supply and one for connecting to the router LAN.
Plug the POE cable into the Non-POE router, then connect it to the Data Center via the WAN port.
Attach the POE cable to the power supply, then connect both the WAN and LAN cables to the Data Center.
What is the main difference between the POE cable used for the Data Center and a regular power cable?
POE cables provide both data and power transmission, while regular power cables only supply power.
POE cables are designed to be used only with GPS devices.
Regular power cables have higher voltage than POE cables.
POE cables are used exclusively for wireless communication.
When initializing the Data Center, the signal strength of the selected installation site is crucial. If the signal strength is found to be poor, what could be the possible reasons for this?
The Halow connection is not properly configured.
There are physical obstacles or interference near the installation site.
The Data Center is not powered on correctly.
The Yarbo Core is not properly connected to the Data Center.
The Data Center is an important component of Yarbo, and the installation environment plays a significant role in ensuring good signal reception. Which of the following four locations would be suitable for installing the Data Center?
Under a sloped eaves
Roof
Garage
Corner of the wall
During the first-time installation of the Data Center (prior to initialization or update from lower than version 1.0.20 to higher version of DC), what does a flashing red signal light indicate, and how can it be resolved?
The Data Center has been successfully connected to the network, and no action is needed.
The GPS signal is weak, and the issue can be resolved by adjusting the antenna or installation site.
The Data Center has encountered an error, which may include incorrect latitude and longitude data, a damaged RTK antenna, or other hardware issues. Check the RTK antenna and hardware and reinstall the Data Center.
The Data Center is overheating and needs to be powered down for a few hours.
The installation environment for the docking station is similar to that of the Data Center, requiring that there be no obstructions within 120 degrees above Yarbo. Why is this necessary?
To ensure the docking station has enough power supply for stable operation.
To avoid interference with other devices nearby.
Ensuring reliable RTK data transmission is critical for Yarbo's automatic recharging system, as it requires data from more than 25 satellites to avoid positioning errors that could prevent accurate docking.
The docking station requires a clear line of sight to communicate with the Data Center.
When installing the docking station, it’s crucial to ensure that there are no other metal objects within a 7-feet radius. What is the reason for this?
Metal objects can cause interference with the docking station’s power supply.
Metal objects can block wireless signals, reducing the communication range.
Metal objects can affect the magnetic sensor module on the docking station, leading to positioning errors.
Metal objects can lead to the docking station overheating, causing performance issues.
Can the docking station be installed on a slope?
Yes, as long as the slope is no greater than 10 degrees.
No, the docking station must be installed on a flat surface with an angle no greater than 1 degree.
Yes, but only if the slope is in the north-south direction.
No, the docking station requires a slope of at least 5 degrees for optimal performance.
What does it mean when the LED light of docking station status is Solid Blue?
Fully charged
Charging
Standby
Overheated
